Dusts!! Another Late Post!

If you were wondering I am currently listening to Shayli watch Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Brings back goo memories :) Good show, good times, good laughs :) Except when Kelcie goes on a rampage and throws chairs at me while Deidre continues to provoke the raging beast. *narrows eyes*.....stupid girl.

Summer seems to finally showed it's sweltering sweaty face. Now that I typed that I bet we'll get another cold spell. You're welcome ^_^ Yes, I am going Japanese on your face so kimono up and let's getter done!!

Alright so the last time I updated you all was.....MAY 7TH!!! *low whistle* I didn't think it was really THAT long ago. In that last blog I was looking for a job. The day after I posted that blog entry I got a job. Yippie skippy for the magic of the internet! I am working part-time at Office Depot in Draper. It's a nice little job that gives me plenty of time to do things that I want to do :) I'm not making a ton but I'm hoping that it'll be flexible enough that I can do a boating trip or two before the summer is over. I work in the copy and print area of the store and I tell you what! There are some crazy demands that people have when it comes to that kind of stuff! I had someone today come in and want their little National Geographic book coil bound. It's already in book form and they want me to cut the binding and then re-bind it! I did mostly design a pamphlet for this car detailer which was cool, now that I don't have the pressure of gettting 5 big jobs done by the end of the week. The gal who knows how to work photoshop and all that did some touch up stuff and made it look really nice. Of course there were issues with where things were places when they were printed out but our big main machine was broken so I couldn't fix anything and had to find a way around it. Lesson from that was have things in two forms, hard copy and electronic :) But getting back to crazy printing demands, it's usually older ladies who want the most bizarre things. Do they just get bored at home alone and decide to go to every shop they come across and ask for the most insane thing that comes to their head?! After they've ruined other people's day do they think before they drift off, "What a good day. I ruined so many lives smiley face" Lesson learned there is that old ladies are diabolical schemers and I wouldn't be surprised if the next big revolution or uprising is started by old women. They'll succeed too because while they're imprisoning human kind we'll still be fooled thinking they were just cute, harmless, old women and ask for another cookie and some milk to have while we are kept in the dungeon.

Which brings me to my next topic of how awesome Brandon Sanderson is. This dude is truly my nerd idol. Shay, Mik, and I went to his booksigning, reading, Q&A, awesomeness last Monday. We waited for two hours in line before we got in but it was well worth it. The man is a legend. And with all legends brings a whole freaking room of people that want to talk to him, get their books signed, and maybe catch a smidge of his awesomeness. We'll I have some bad news, nerds. I almost shook his hand and I didn't increase in awesomeness. In fact some would say that I've decreased in awesomeness since my last post got so many Frenchy view, but those people don't know what the baguette they're talking about! Though come to think of it, the awkward way in which I almost shook his hand may be the reason for the zero awesomeness absorption.....if you guys could only see how my blog looks before spellcheck then you'd know how awesome I truly am :) In all seriousness his new book "The Rithmatist" is awesome and you should give it a read.

Trist is getting big. She'll pop with the parasite soon. Then all those millions of outfits she's received still won't ever be worn. Even if she stayed that size forever Little P would never wear the same outfit twice in her entire averaged 79 year lifespan ("List of Countries by Life Expectancy", wikipedia.com). July 20th is the date. In case you got too distracted by how cute the baby clothes are. Mom, that includes you.

As far as wedding stuff goes. I'm doing a very small wedding at Thanksgiving Point January 4, 2014. You can all calm down right now because yes, I will be sending out invites as well. I'm just informing you that a decision has been made. I have picked a dress, shoes, bridesmaids stuff, and have a rough idea of what I want for a cake. As far as flowers go I'm still looking. Same kinda goes with a photographer.... As I said before it's going to be a small wedding. I'm not having a reception and have on my invite list about 60 people, including the person Leo will be bringing along.

My family is now just back from the hot desert of Arizona and will be leaving for the temperate forests of the Uinta Mountain range. My mom just can't wait :)

I can't think of anything else I need to be sarcastic about so I'll cya in a month or so!! ;)
