Black, the color of despair!

My mom picked out the title of this post so please direct your complaints to morriskarice@comcast.net Yes, I know I said I wasn't going to write every week but I got some good pictures of a wild man that I really needed to share. I also wanted to let those who care know how the interview went. So as some of you may know Kelcie was Jane Porter from Tarzan. Grandma Rain helped her make Jane's yellow victorian styled dress and everything so needless to say she looks pretty great. But I don't think Kelcie would have it another way. It's not like she's vain or anything...at all ever...For some reason Jared dressed up like Tarzan. Jared went up to Logan for the Howl. The Howl is a notorious Halloween college party. Need I say more? They didn't go to the dance together so I'm not sure why they were Jane and Tarzan but none the less I have really good pictures because of it :) I never thought I'd say this but I'm grateful for speedos now because of the pictures as well. Who'd a thunk?

As for the intern interview, I skyped a lady from the intern place for about 20 mins. It was more a test of my english skills and to find out what exactly I want from the internship so they can help me get the most out of the internship. Pretty much I was nervous and sweated huge pit stains into my shirt for no reason. Plus I stayed in my top from church for no reason because we didn't video chat, it was all audio. Lame. In any sweaty case it went well and now I really need to shower. I don't know what parent I inherited my sweaty gene from but every guy would a agree it makes me BO-eautiful!

The interviewer said that I probably won't be in a big city because my area of interest is so limited. Somewhere along the coast of the Great Barrier Reef. She also said that I will not have an option in who I will work for. It's also full-time and non-paid but all of this is just fine and dandy to me. No new news. Money is always better but cool experience in Australia is decent enough, I suppose, to hide the sad pimple of non paid. She said that they probably won't start looking for a place for me until early next year because we have so much time. One thing that I liked was that she mentioned that because of the visa I will have I will be able to stay longer in Australia and work or travel because it's good for one year. That's pretty groovy. I'll have to learn cool phrases and teach them to Jared the wild man when I come back. (The rest of ya'll snoozed so ya lose. Jared was the only one to ask.) As for me meeting this Ebb character I have a few things to say. First, what kind of a name is Ebb? Second, what's with this super annoying fascination of me dating? I highly doubt there's an Australian guy named Ebb that I'll marry. Though if I do meet an Ebb, even if I don't date him, I will buy Kelcie whatever she wants. Even if it is illegal (though I don't know what Kelcie would want that's illegal).

I'm glad some of you (gold stars for my small fan base of 3 followers!) enjoy these posts. Even if you just criticize my spelling abilities (*glares at Tristan* I'm taking your gold star back) because I enjoy writing them and posting mostly nude pictures of a weirdo I know.

Pie Day!!!

Howdy ya'll!

Nope, I'm definitely not Texan. Feel way too much like poser sayin' that line. I got some good feedback from that last post I sent you all (not ya'll). I also got a lot of silent feedback which reminds me to say this time what I didn't say last time. If you don't want me to send you an email about an updated blog post send me an email and all your annoying emails from me will be solved (except for you Shan, you're just in denial). Easy peasy lemon squeezy. That's a strange phrase. I wonder where it comes from....unless I just made it up then I know mostly where it comes from. So the latest update goes a-like this...school blah, blah, blah. Work blah, blah, blah. Tristan made a pretty delicious pie. I mean that both literally and figuratively.

Don't worry that orangish glow at the top of the picture is not our house aflame....yet. Fun weekend. Blah, blah, homework blah. Wasn't that fascinating and just dripping with detail. Just like a letter from Kelcie in Italy. The weekend was pretty good. I took my sisters that are not married to some 'spooky' places that they've been wanting to go see. The old Primary Children's Hospital (which is an apartment complex or something....weird) and the Old Mill. The Old Mill is definitely more creepy to me though I wouldn't want to live that old hospital now matter how nice it looks. We also tried to find our mom's old house in the Avenues. We still don't know if we found it. My parents had an "anti-anneversery" and were gone all Saturday. I don't know what an anti-anneversery is, in fact it sounds something like an oxymoron to me. Ask the bald one I call father since that's what he named it. I don't think I'll write every week. Maybe later if I end up going far a way for 26 weeks(not years, Jar-rod). Speaking of such things as that, I have my Skype interview on Sunday with one of the Australian intern people. They want to make sure I really can speak English and am qualified to go. So pretty much I'm screwed because we all know that I can't talk to save my life because every time I need to say something important my Austin kicks in high gear. My dog can "speak" better than I can. *two points for me!* I hope it goes well.  Alright, well I'm off to do other things so toodles.

I heard this song Golden on the radio the other day. I thought some of you might like it. Enjoy.

Hello, hello, hello.....

Welcome to my blog. Yes, I know what you're thinking and you better get use to it. *persisting silence* Mmm you're right ice cream does sound good right now. As I was saying before, this is my blog and I will blog here. I thought it would be a good idea to start blogging because I type real slow, misspell words a lot, and leave out words even more frequently than I misspell them. Also because I don't see some of you as much as I'd like so this way you won't have to harass me every time I see you about what's new in my life, because honestly who likes repeating the same thing over and over? "Not I!" shouted the smallish girl with a ponytail. I don't  know how many of you know but I'm currently in the process of applying for an internship in Australia for the fall of 2012. I'm not sure what I'd be doing there, where I'll be, or how many hours the flight is but I do know that I'd be gone for 26 weeks, it's non-paid, and it's in Australia. Here are three places I've listed that I'd like to go to...

Cairns Click me!
Townsville I'm the best click me!
Whitsunday Island They'll give you a rash! Click me!

You should let me know which place you like best by adding a comment to this post.
