Puss In Boots

Oh jeez!! I don't even know where to begin!!! I guess I'll start at the end and work my way to the beginning!!

The most recent thing in my life is that my room is a mess. I've got most of the crap stored away in it's proper places but there's still work to do. Poop me :( At least I have sheets to sleep with tonight rather than just a mattress and a blanket. Speaking of blankets, that blanket on the 'Brave Little Toaster' was freaky. In fact that whole show is messed up!! Who was the genus that came up with the plot for a kids show to be based on household appliances?! I don't know about you but as a kid the vacuum and toaster scared me. With all those things they tell you at school about how a toaster can electrocute you and kill you, I was terrified of the toaster. Of course I'm not any more but why would you make the star of a kids show something so terrifying? I'm surprised I could watch that show as a kid. It's WAY worse than watching the Cookie Monster.......*rolls eyes*
                                 

Next most recent thing is that Leo is home safe :( After his crazy flights he finally made it home on Friday. The kid is super unlucky for being Irish, he had flight trouble one the way here and on the way back. I wonder if he's really Irish. Hmmmmm, I wonder......It's not really in order but we had a great time with him. If you didn't get to meet him while he was here you missed out because he is a really swell guy, not that I'm biased or anything! Pffff!!! What would give you that crazy idea?! We took him to Heber, Logan, Moab, downtown, Arches, Zions, Snowbird, and Lake Powell. We did as many things as we could with him in the month he was here. It was a lot of freakin fun :)

The third most recent thing is that I am engaged to the Irishman named above.

Forth item of business is that I sold out and bought an iPhone....I am ashamed....It is pretty groovy though :) It just made sense because I own a MacBook laptop and apple products sync so easily and well with each other it would've been a little dumb not to get an iPhone of some kind. My number is the same but some numbers haven't made it into my new phone, just an fyi for those of you who text me and get a confused response. Some of you might think that is generally my state of being but that is not true. I have brief moments of consciousness and clarity.

Ok, ok!! Put your assault weapons down and I'll tell you how he proposed to me!! Sheesh!! Some people's children *shakes head*. We went hiking up the canyon by my house and when we got to the top of this hill we were out of breath but we had to get back home for my sisters birthday dinner. Before we headed back home he took some pictures of the valley and went pee. I wanted to go back home because it was cold and windy but he kept telling me to wait because he wanted me to catch my breath before asking me but I didn't realize it and kept trying to leave so he would kiss me to get me to stay a little bit longer. I could tell he was nervous and he asked if it would be a good time to ask me. I told him that he should ask whenever he wanted. All he said was ok and looked even more nervous. Then he asked if he should get on one knee and I told him to so it whatever way he wanted. He again said ok and looked really really nervous. He told me he needed my hand and then got down on one knee. When he looked at me he had big eyes and looked super cute like puss in boots. He looked at me and asked "Will my little princess marry me?" After to try think of a funny response and not coming up with diddley or squat I finally said "Yes."  He stopped looking so freaked out and smiled. There you have it :)

The least new thing with me since my last blog is that I'M HOME!!! It's been really good being home and seeing all you great people again :) I am sad to have left behind some really good people in Oz :( Reno, thanks for everything mate. I miss you like crazy and hope that things are going well for you. I can't thank you enough for all that you did for me my last few months in Oz. Especially giving me a place to live, eat, and a ride to and from work. Thank you and Earl so very much! My plans are now find a job. I'm not sure about school as I need to figure out visas and stuff like that first. Pictures of the last month can be viewed here. I'll keep you updated as life continues like it always does :)
